Request deletion of Terra PPC data

You can ask Terra Flora Global LLC to delete data associated with your Terra PPC account or with an Amazon account you connected. This page explains how a request is handled.

Terra PPC is a software product operated by Terra Flora Global LLC. Terra Flora Global LLC is the legal operator responsible for the Terra PPC website and service.

How a request is handled

Six steps, in order. No step is skipped, and no request deletes data for an account you are not authorized to act for.

    Submit a request

    Use the contact form with the Data Deletion topic, or the privacy mailbox if one is listed on this page.

  2. 2

    Identify the account

    Provide enough information to identify the data — your organization, the Amazon seller or advertising accounts you connected, and the marketplaces involved. Never send passwords.

  3. 3

    Verification

    Terra PPC may verify that you are authorized to act for the account before acting on the request.

  4. 4

    Scope review

    The request scope is reviewed: one connected account, specific marketplaces, a user profile, or a whole organization.

  5. 5

    Deletion or de-identification

    Eligible data is deleted or de-identified according to applicable requirements and operational procedures.

  6. 6

    Limited retention

    Limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or contractual obligations.

What you can ask us to delete

A request can cover any of the following, depending on your relationship with Terra PPC.

  • Messages and details you sent through the contact form
  • User account information for people in your organization
  • Data received from Amazon accounts you connected
  • Business inputs you configured, such as product costs and targets
  • AI/MCP request history, where that functionality was enabled

What to include

Enough to find the right data — nothing more.

  • Your name and work email address
  • Your organization or company name
  • The seller or advertising account names or identifiers you connected
  • The marketplaces the request covers, or “all”
  • Whether you also want the account disconnected

Do not include passwords, authorization codes or tokens. Terra PPC never needs them to process a request.

Revoking Amazon authorization

Revoking and deleting are two different actions, and you can do both.

Revoking authorization through the applicable Amazon account settings stops Terra PPC from accessing new data from that account.

A deletion request asks Terra PPC to delete or de-identify data it already holds.
