Privacy Policy

1.Scope

This policy applies to the Terra PPC website at terrappc.com (the “Website”) and to the Terra PPC software service (the “Service”). Terra Flora Global LLC (“Terra Flora Global”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the processing described here.

Terra PPC is a business-to-business service. This policy covers information about people who visit the Website, contact us, or use the Service on behalf of a business, and data made available to the Service through authorized Amazon connections.

Where a customer has a written agreement with Terra Flora Global LLC that contains data-processing terms, that agreement governs the customer's data where it differs from this policy.

2.Information you provide directly

• Contact and inquiry information — your name, work email address, company name (optional), the topic you select and the content of your message.
• Service account information — the name, work email address, role and organization details of users a customer authorizes to use the Service.
• Commercial information — details needed to prepare a quote or agreement, such as the number of accounts and marketplaces you manage.
• Customer-configured inputs — business assumptions you enter into the Service, such as product costs, targets and rule settings.

Please do not include Amazon passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information in messages. Terra PPC never asks for your Amazon password.

3.Technical website information

The Website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session-recording tools or third-party trackers. It serves its own fonts and assets and does not load content from advertising or analytics networks.

When you visit, our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the Website — such as IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page and timestamps — in request and security logs.

When you submit the contact form, your IP address and browser request headers are used briefly to check the request and limit abuse, such as repeated automated submissions. We do not store them with your message.

4.Authorized Amazon-related data

When a customer connects Amazon accounts to the Service through Amazon-provided authorization, Terra PPC may process the following — only when authorized, and only as needed for enabled functionality:

• advertising account identifiers and advertising profiles;
• marketplace identifiers;
• campaign structure and performance data, such as campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, search terms, bids, budgets, placements and reporting metrics;
• seller account identifiers;
• selected seller-business context required by enabled functionality, such as sales, inventory, listings, fulfillment and fees information.

Terra PPC is designed around non-PII seller-business context. Its current functionality is not designed to use buyer names, addresses, email addresses or phone numbers. Terra PPC does not collect Amazon account passwords. Access to Amazon data is subject to Amazon's approval and to the permissions each customer grants.

5.AI/MCP processing

Where a customer enables Terra PPC AI/MCP functionality, authorized and scoped account context may be processed to answer questions, produce summaries, prepare recommendations or carry out permitted actions requested by the customer's users. These requests pass through the same authentication, authorization, scope and policy controls as other product functionality and are designed to be recorded in audit history.

AI/MCP processing may involve AI model providers acting as service providers to Terra Flora Global LLC. Terra PPC intends to use such providers only under terms that limit their use of customer data to providing the requested functionality. Customers can ask us which AI processing is enabled for their organization.

6.Purposes of processing

We use information to:

• provide, maintain and support the Service and its enabled functionality;
• respond to inquiries, access requests and quote requests;
• establish and manage account authorization with Amazon;
• deliver advertising analytics, recommendations and controlled automation;
• provide AI/MCP-assisted workflows where enabled;
• keep a record of important actions in audit history;
• secure the Website and Service, prevent abuse and investigate incidents;
• comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements and meet the requirements of platforms we connect to, including Amazon.

We do not use Amazon-related data or contact-form information for advertising or marketing profiling.

7.How Amazon-related data is used

• It is used only to provide functionality the customer has authorized and enabled, subject to applicable Amazon requirements.
• It is not sold, resold or offered as a standalone dataset.
• It is not published or disclosed publicly.
• It is not shared with third parties, except service providers that help us operate the Service or where the law requires it.
• It is accessed on a need-to-know basis.
• It is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Handling of data obtained through Amazon APIs is also subject to the applicable Amazon developer and advertising API terms and policies.

8.Data minimization

We aim to collect only what is necessary. Terra PPC requests Amazon access only for functionality a customer enables, limits the fields it uses to what that functionality needs, and avoids restricted buyer personal information in its current design. The Website collects only what you choose to send through the contact form, plus the technical information described above.

9.Data sharing and service providers

We share information only as described here:

• Service providers that process information on our behalf — such as hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers and, where AI/MCP functionality is enabled, AI model providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Amazon, as part of authorized API requests made to operate the Service.
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or legal process, or when needed to protect rights, safety and security.
• A successor organization in a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets, which must continue to protect the information as described in this policy.

10.No sale or public distribution

We do not sell personal information or Amazon-related data, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not publish customer data.

11.Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authorized access, least privilege, account scoping, secure transport and logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our Security Overview describes these measures in more detail.

12.International processing

Terra Flora Global LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

13.Retention

• Contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and are then deleted unless they are needed for legal or business records.
• Service data is kept while the customer's account is active and as needed for enabled functionality. Amazon-related data that is no longer needed is designed to be deleted or de-identified.
• Audit and security records are kept as long as needed for security, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

When a customer disconnects an Amazon account or stops using the Service, associated Amazon-related data is designed to be deleted or de-identified according to applicable requirements and our operational procedures.

14.Data deletion

You can request deletion through the Data Deletion page or through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity and your authority over the account. Limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or contractual obligations.

15.Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. If we process your information on behalf of a customer — for example, because you are a user in a customer's organization — we may refer your request to that customer. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

16.Cookies

The Website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or third-party tracking technologies, and it does not currently set cookies of its own. For that reason no cookie banner is shown. We will update this policy before introducing any such technologies. When the Service is provided to a customer, it may use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security.

17.Children

The Website and Service are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

18.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the Website or the Service.
